I'm OK

So, since I aired my hair drama on Friday I've had some requests from people who want to see what happened.

Yes, I do have rooster tails. Yes, it is sticking out. And, yes, I am not used to having my ear showing. But it's what I asked for. I did. I asked for it. And, Karlee, I will come back to you.

When I arrived home that fateful night and my hubby met me at the door he said 'OH! I like that!' . . .

Whaaaa? He never says anything about my hair. It really must have been looking bad before I went in. But, actually, I like it now. I feel lighter, maybe springier too. I'm over it.

Thank you for your kind and concerned comments everyone! I'm OK ;)

  6. You look great! After reading Fridays post I was worried but you look great and i think that style is very becoming om you.I had a hair drama many years ago and I will never forget it. The outcome was no where near as cute as yours. My stylist at the time was chatting on the phone while cutting my hair, she actually drug the cord across my face ( yes it was a corded phone, it was a while ago) twice I said to her I want long layer ( my hair was about mid back) Yes I said it twice and she nodded in agreement. While chatting on the phone she cut the first layer in the back about 3 inches long, Three! Oh my Lord, I started crying , she put the phone down when she realizes what she had done. She started sweating, people around us were gathering to see what had happened. It was awful! xo

  8. Barb, I'm finally doing some catch-up on the blogs and caught your last post. You have me roaring...only because I just had a similar experience. I went in and told my hairdresser I needed a lift...the growing it longer episode had come to an end. I'm now shorter and layered. It's been a week+ and I'm still getting used to it. Now I have company! Thanks for sharing this. You are brave! And it is very cute!

  10. Oh no Barb! I'm glad you're ok now and I do think it looks cute! But, I can imagine your horror while it was going on. I had a rough experience once with a non attentive stylist---sheesh it's unnerving!
