Merry Christmas to me

A few days ago after I dropped hubby off at the airport at 7:00am I drove back to our little near-by town and stopped for a coffee. Coffee is one of my favourite things. In fact I am sure I could not live without it. Well, not without a headache, anyway. I ordered my latte and while I was waiting I turned around and saw this cup. It had 'French Roast' written on it but it may as well have had 'You Have to Have Me'. Starbucks French Roast coffee is MY coffee. How did they know that? I rationalized that this could would be an early Christmas present to myself. I love my coffee. I love French Roast coffee. I love Starbucks. I love my new cup.

  10. I had a really good laugh over this post. Can't recall how many times I have given myself a gift and similar remarks went through my mind. Right now I am making an effort at grinding my own beans for French pressed coffee. Everytime I make it, it tastes different. One day soon I will be successful. Wishes for a wonderful weekend!
